During intense exercise muscles experience microtraumas or tiny tears within individual muscle fibers. When microtraumas occur they trigger an increase in cell activity which generates muscle fiber repair. Korean Baseball League – Doosan Bears and their SwimEx Pool

The best (and first!) professional baseball team in Korea, the Doosan Bears recently installed a 1000 T pool with integrated treadmill. The Doosan Bears (두산 베어스) are a professional baseball team based in Seoul, South Korea. They are a member of the Korean Baseball Organization. Eight years ago the New England Patriots bought a SwimEx Pool and liked it so much that in 2014 they decided to go BIGGER!  They added 2 custom super-sized  Hot & Cold Plunge tanks that are 16ft in length.  Flat screen TV not included with the tanks!
