Beautiful pool in a beautiful room

Richard and Estelle de Bear installed a SwimEx 500S in 1993 in a room they had specially built off the master bedroom of their Plymouth, MI home, and it still looks and works great. Estelle, who died in November, exercised in the pool for 55 minutes every morning, Richard remembers. Richard swims every other day. “The current is still powerful enough to send me through the end of the pool,” he says of the SwimEx.
The room has a ceiling of translucent Kalwall panels, with cedar-sided walls. “It’s a beautiful room, a great place to be,” Richard says.
