August has been a tough month with a significant build that included 38,700 yards swimming, 148 miles running and 710 miles of biking. Madison, WI – This home owner needed a pool to assist with physical therapy. The skylights were used to help increase the amount of sunlight and heat, especially with the long Wisconsin winters. Ironman Training pays off with 20lbs weight loss since January! – “April has been a long month. My training was complicated by having eye surgery that limited my workouts some, including 2 weeks with no swimming allowed. No worries, all is ok now and back on track. Although February was a short month I was able to get in some solid training with 23,900 yards of swimming, 113 miles of running and 428 miles of biking.
