Ironman Training pays off with 20lbs weight loss since January! – “April has been a long month. My training was complicated by having eye surgery that limited my workouts some, including 2 weeks with no swimming allowed. No worries, all is ok now and back on track. Hi again. Welcome to anyone following my progress. Although February was a short month I was able to get in some solid training with 23,900 yards of swimming, 113 miles of running and 428 miles of biking. The Aqua Bike features five levels of resistance with a light-weight stainless steel design, adjustable seat and handlebars that enables both aerobic and muscle conditioning in a stress-free aquatic environment.
