HOW TO USE YOUR
40 DEGREE ANGLE RUNNING PAD
SwimEx is the only aquatic therapy pool with a current strong enough to hold you up for 40 degree running! You’ll be combining a great conditioning session and an amazing core stability exercise packed into one workout! Here’s how:
- Adjust pool current to a moderate level depending on your comfort.
- Stand on the Running Pad and lean forward, so the current holds your body in an upright position at 40 degrees.
- Run in place.
- Increase the pool current over time to create a more challenging conditioning program.
During your first few workouts and/or attempts at running on this pad, the current may throw you off balance. This will get easier with practice and will improve your core stability.
