Front Hand Rail can be used as a pull up machine

Turn the current on to your personal desired speed (resistance). Start by holding on to the front handrails with the palms of your hands facing down with your elbows extended.
Pull your entire body closer to the bars, while trying to maintain a horizontal body position. Progress exercise by increasing the water resistance. Finally progress to using one arm! You can modify this exercise while standing on the floor bottom or on the 10 inch front step. Increase resistance for a more challenging upper body workout.
