The PT-500 Aquatic Therapy Pool offers the greatest value in a SwimEx therapy pool. It is made of superior fiberglass pool construction in a one-piece design with no seams - no pool assembly is required. The PT-500 therapy pool is multi-depth. The main depth is 50 inches, floor inserts create a 38-inch depth and a deep well in the front third of the pool is 62 inches deep (a 74 inch deep well is an available option).

The PT-500 pool features eight distinct workout stations including plyometric pads, open & closed kinetic exercise benches and steps, and an angled running platform. The treadmill simulator (40-degree angled pad) allows a patient to begin running in a limited weight-bearing environment and the adjustable floor allows the therapist to gradually increase weight-bearing activities to provide a smooth transition to land.

The PT-500 physical therapy pool circulates up to 30,000 gallons of laminar water flow per minute - creating a wall of water with over 99 water speeds. The SwimEx pool counter current creates an ideal environment for strength training and functional activities during all phases of the rehabilitation program.

Add the optional integrated motorized treadmill to further enhance the versatility of the PT-500. Removable water exercise equipment (including the SPT Underwater Treadmill) is also available.
