Washington Capitals Hydrotherapy Room Upgrade

An eighth-floor location, limited freight-elevator access, and low overhead clearances made the Washington Capitals’ hydrotherapy upgrade a complex renovation. SwimEx configured the system around those constraints, manufacturing the SwimEx 600 T in eight sections and the custom plunge pools in two sections each for delivery and on-site assembly. The completed room brings hydrotherapy, underwater treadmill work, conditioning, and hot and cold recovery into one purpose-built space.
River Valley Club Aquatic Facility Transformation

River Valley Club wanted to expand its aquatic programming within an existing fitness facility.
The renovation replaced a traditional three-lane lap pool with three SwimEx 600 T pools and a separate plunge pool. The new layout created independently operated environments for swimming, resistance training, rehabilitation, exercise, and recovery. Each pool can also be maintained at a different temperature to support varied programs and user needs.
The completed project made more focused use of the existing aquatic space while giving the facility greater programming flexibility.
Custom Fiberglass Pool in the Rockies

A remote mountainside home at 9,800 feet, unstable ground conditions, and a narrow delivery route made this residential installation a complex design and construction project.
SwimEx coordinated a custom fiberglass pool with a micropile-supported waffle slab, accessible equipment and piping, a flush deck, and an automatic cover. The addition was designed around the site, structure, access, and maintenance requirements.
Cherry Hills Church Custom Baptistry

A 6-foot doorway, elevated stage, and custom design requirements made the Cherry Hills Church renovation a complex project.
SwimEx worked with Design Mavens Architecture to develop a three-section fiberglass baptistry that could be delivered through the existing opening and assembled in place. The team coordinated filtration, drainage, structural integration, and contractor utility connections.
When the system changed from fill-and-drain to continuous circulation, SwimEx revised the submittals and supported the team through fabrication and installation.
